Refund & Return Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase! But if you need to make a return, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request one.

· Please read the return conditions below:

· Full-priced items are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery.

· Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

· Sale items and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Returns must be approved via email before shipping anything back.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@s-a-s-h.com  with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for your return

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
*Please do not send any items without receiving return confirmation first.*


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


Important Notes

· We are not responsible for return packages lost or delayed in transit.

· Shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
